ЧАО «ЗАПОРОЖОГНЕУПОР» выполнил все социальные гарантии Коллективного договора на 2017 год

“The outcomes of the implementation of the Collective Agreement are the result of the whole team’s work of our plant. We have achieved high results in all the branches and must keep the set high tempo, emphasizing special attention to the quality improvement of our products. In addition, the Collective Agreement allows employees of the enterprise to be confident in the safety at their working places. And the sum of about 11,9 million UAH, which the plant directed to the activities on labor protection, is such a guarantee.” – remarked the CEO of PJSC “Zaporozhogneupor”, Sergey Goman. 

In 2017 411 employees were employed at PJSC “Zaporozhogneupor” (i.e. 263 men higher level than in 2016). Besides, in 2017 the process of full refractory service integration for the Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises was finished.

During 2017 PJSC “Zaporozhogneupor” increased salaries to the employees by 30% (20% in June,2017 and 10% in October, 2017). Thanks to these activities, the average salary at the plant today is about 12 thousand UAH.

Moreover, in 2017 more than 1500 employees have been trained to upgrade their skills in 97 occupations.

The great attention is paid to the organization of leisure and health improvement of workers and their families at PJSC “Zaporozhogneupor”. Thus, in summer 2017 530 employees of the enterprise and 73 children were treated at recreation facilities.
