Collective Agreement

In 2016, the collective agreement of PJSC “ZAPOROZHOGNEUPOR” was admitted as the best one among the Zaporozhye enterprises up to five thousands employees.   

The special place in the collective agreement is devoted to the creation of secure conditions of work and leisure, youth, and to employees’ provision with social guarantees.  

The main benefits guaranteed by the enterprise according to the Collective Agreement are:

• financial help to young couples married for the first time;

• financial help to the birth of the child;

• tours by reduced prices for health improvement of employees and their family members;

• help to employees whose children attend preschool institutions;

• financial help to young workers upon return to the enterprise after the end of their service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;

• financial help to young specialists on leading professions who arrives after finishing higher education institutions;

• medical insurance of employees.
