Quality Management

Since 2003 the system of quality management has been integrated and successfully functions at PJSC “ZAPOROZHOGNEUPOR”, that is correspond with international standard requirements ISO:2008 in the branch of development, designing, production, delivery, and after-sale refractory service for metallurgical and other industrial spheres.     

In December 2016, the international auditors performed a witness audit to find out the compliance assessment of PJSC “ZAPOROZHOGNEUPOR” quality management in accordance with standard requirement ISO 9001:2008. As a result, the certificate validity period was prolongated till the end of 2017.   
To realize the rise strategy of energy efficiency and energy saving, the system of energy management is developed and implemented at the enterprise. The implementation of the international standard ISO 50001 allows to product goods with minimal influence on the environment and with rational use of energy resources, which is achieved mostly not by means of new energy technology implementation, though by means of changes in the existed methods and ways of management.       

In November 2016, the international auditors preformed the first witness audit of the compliance assessment of PJSC “ZAPOROZHOGNEUPOR” energy management system in accordance with international standard requirements ISO 50001. As a result, our energy management system was recommended to certification till the end of 2019.    

PJSC “ZAPOROZHOGNEUPOR” pays especial attention to production technological control that is from the incoming materials up to the final product. All products, that are shipped, have the quality certificate. 

The lab quality system is developed and implemented which corresponds to DSTU ISO/IEC 17025:2006 that is confirmed by the code certificate of PC “Ukrainian Science Research Institute of Industrial Development”. In May 2016, the metrological supervision took place in the Technical Control Department. As a result, there was the confirmation that lab quality system corresponded to DSTU ISO/IEC 17025:2006 in the system of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine “Industrial Register” and had right to carry out tests.
