Code Of Ethics

The Code of Ethics is a set of norms and principals to be followed daily by the employees. The code summarizes the rules of employees’ conduct at all levels in their interaction with colleagues, customers, partners, investors, and other stakeholders.   

These norms and standards are based on such values as:

• life, health, environment;
• leadership;
• team work.

Among the core principles of our business ethics are respect for others, non-discrimination, anti-corruption, integrity and fair competition, environmental protection, health & safety protection. The Code is mandatory for all company employees.
