The construction of Zaporozhye Refractory plat began

The first part of production was produced. To transfer from manual work to mechanical production, to increase the quality and quantity of production, the workers suggest actively rationalization proposals, construct themselves the necessary kinds of press and devices

In the beginning of the World War II the one part of the plant equipment was sent to Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant, the other part was sent to Bogdanovich and Sukholozhsky Refractory plants. The main industrial equipment was evacuated to Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant

The final enterprise restoration took place after the occupation of Zaporozhye. More than two hundred workers were rewarded with orders and medals for the enterprise restoration

There was the introduction of the new technology at the enterprise, that is the semidry method of steel-teeming goods production

The magnesia products workshop was put into operation. The workshop took the leading place among the European industrial enterprises thanks to its equipment and production level

All the industrial kilns were transferred from solid fuel to gas

The two rotary kilns were put into operation for chamotte burning

The high-aluminous products workshop was put into operation. Three Jurchenko (enterprise’s inventor) presses were constructed and set

The workshop of silicon-carbide electrical heaters was put into operation

Zaporozhye Refractory plant was reorganized into JSC “Zaporozhogneupor”.

There was the production modernization. The German presses "Laeis Bucher" were set with power capacity of 1250 and 1600 tons; the special packing machines were put into operation that guarantee the products protection from mechanical damages and moisture. The repair-mechanical workshop, that products highly precise and solid press equipment, was reequipped

To transfer workshops into full reverse water supply and to stop discharges to Dnieper river, there were put into operation all-factory buildings with two-stage cleaning systems that provide the closing of enterprise industrial and rain flows into the united reverse water supply system

JSC “Zaporozhogneupor” is registered in “Business Elite Gold Book”

There was the change of the juridical form of the legal entity: JSC “Zaporozhogneupor” became public JSC “Zaporozhogneupor”

PJSC “Zaporozhogneupor” became a part of LLC “METINVEST HOLDING”

The aluminosilicate workshop was formed on the base of chamotte, chamotte-burning and highly alumina shops

There was the creation of the service work department which main goal became to increase the effectiveness of technical decisions for metallurgical units lining and to decrease the metallurgical enterprises costs on repair works. There was also the formation of unshaped refractory workshop on the base of silicon-carbide goods shop and the shop of refractory concretes and masses production

There was the change of the juridical form of the legal entity: PJSC “Zaporozhogneupor” became private JSC “ZAPOROZHOGNEUPOR”. The production line of heat insulting and slag-forming mixes was started
